Trainee Recruitment Consultant: What is the job?

• Building strong relationships with potential clients.
• Developing an understanding of your clients immediate and long term recruitment needs
• Attracting candidates via advertising and social media and assessing their skill set.
• Matching round pegs in round holes to benefit both parties.
• Working with integrity to ensure personal job satisfaction.
• Closing deals and developing your career.
• As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will receive:
• £18,000 basic salary
• £40 000 OTE in your 1st year
• Potential 80k year 2.
• Working in sociable and supportive environment.
• Opportunities to progress within the company.
