    • Prepare the initial draft of the month-end board pack, including analysis of key financial metrics, budget variances, and cash flow positions.
    • Coordinate with Regional Finance Directors and other function heads (e.g., Commercial) to gather inputs, resolve discrepancies, and incorporate relevant insights into the board pack.
  4. External reporting and audit support:
    • Lead the preparation of the annual IFRS financial statements for the group and UK subsidiaries.
    • Coordinate with auditors during the annual audit, managing audit requests and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  5. Process improvement and controls
    • Identify and implement improvements to group-level financial processes and controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
    • Support the development and rollout of accounting policies and internal control frameworks, adapting processes to meet the needs of a global, complex organisation.
    • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  6. Project support:
    • Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes and systems.
    • Provide support for initiatives to enhance financial reporting and controls.

Qualifications:
