Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and create roadmaps
- Participate in architectural design and code review
- Implement best practices in software development and testing
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong technical skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
