My client is a well-established company in Manchester specialising in recruitment across several sectors .They are now seeking experienced recruiters who are engaging, vibrant and driven to succeed.

The company is in the process of developing its contract section so any experience in this aspect would be beneficial. You will work as part of a growing team and be given full support in your training and development.

Your role will involve:

• Matching candidates and clients to maximise potential to benefit both parties
• The full 360 recruitment life cycle from resourcing and registering candidates to placing with prospective clients.
• Developing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Placing round pegs in round holes.

You must have:

• At least 2years experience within a fast pace recruitment environment.
• Be ambitious and motived.
• Want to progress to the next level.
