Our client is a leading automotive company that is at the forefront of developing innovative transportation solutions. They are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join their team and help continue to advance and evolve the industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend software systems
• Work closely with other engineers to build and deliver features on time and within budget
• Lead and mentor junior engineers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest backend software technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Experience with backend software languages and frameworks, such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
