Our client is looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join their large team and help build and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Golang-based applications that meet the needs of their users and evolving business goals. You will also work closely with other engineers to ensure that applications are integrated with existing systems and meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Golang-based web applications
- Work with other engineers to ensure that applications are integrated with existing systems and meet the needs of the business
- Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to design decisions
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the Golang ecosystem
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in developing Golang applications
- Strong understanding of Golang’s core concepts, such as concurrency, channels, and goroutines
- Experience with Golang web frameworks such as Echo, Gin, or Gorilla Mux
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Go Testing or Ginkgo
- Experience with distributed tracing and logging systems
